“There is big difference between the Premier League and the Division One League” Kurt E S Okraku to Osekre

President of the Ghana Football Association Kurt E S Okraku has told management of newly promoted side Vision FC, the Ghana Premier is big difference in the elite league and the second tie.

It took the Accra- based Vision FC 25 years to get to the pinnacle of Ghanaian club football. The club was Established in 1999 and the club achieved this historic feat at the end of the 2023/2924 season.

The President Kurt Okraku underlined the sharp difference between the Premier League and the country’s second-tier league when he attended the End of Season Awards nigth organized by the club on Sunday June 30,2024 at the Alisa Hotel.

The occasion saw Ten (10) awards handed to individuals for their significant contributions to the forward march of the Ghana Premier League new boys at the Awards gala.

The President eulogise Club President Michael Osekre, the technical team led by coach Hamza Obeng Mohammed, who masterminded the side’s qualification to the top-tier of Ghanaian football.

The event was used to introduce the technical team for their maiden Ghana Premier League campaign.

Head Coach Nana Agyemang will be assisted by an eight-man backroom staff which included former Hearts of Oak assistant coach Hamza Obeng Mohammed and Ibrahim Otoo.

Agyemang was the assistant manager of the Black Starlets at the recent WAFU U17 Championship held in Ghana.

He holds a UEFA B & CAF A Coaching Licences.

Cudjoe Addo, Theophilus Daitey and Theophil Carbonu retained their capacities as Goalkeeper’s Coach, Team Manager and Fitness Coach respectively.

Vision FC have hired Derrick Laryea as Video Analyst and Edward Ababio and Prince Charles Anokye will serve as the club’s physiotherapists.
